This is my first car kit in over 30 years, and it shows as it's mediocre at best, but you get the idea I was after, hopefully. It is inspired by the Liberty Walk KenMary Skyline, which I love, and got me wondering which retro European cars could handle a similar style. The paint's a bit heavy as it was straight out of a spray can and I had to glue the bonnet shut to get it to line up anywhere near close to the rest of the body, so cannot show the engine, which would have been either a triple rotary turbo or an RB25DETT instead of the std XK engine.

I like that, sits really well. Who'd have thought an etype would look so good in such a vivid shade of green.

My first attempt at a tuck'n'roll interior which came out better than expected, not that you can see it now the body's on. Old 2nd hand AMT kit with a Jimmy Flintstone chopped 3W resin body c/w Drag City Resins louvered hood and trunk and the std flathead out of the '53 Ford F-100. Paint is Hycote Ford Aqua Jade metallic.

These are all great but this in my eyes is epic, it could almost be a model of my actual Hot rod.

A '34 Ford 3W coupe I finished last year. Caddy V8, Lakes pipes, QC rear end & a louvered trunk. I have a box full of slots and 5 spokes but every time I end up fitting steels and hub caps, every time.

My first build of a 3D printed body. A '65 Dodge D100 Sweptside pickup by Too Many Projects. I did very little prep, too lazy, rattle canned it in two tones of grey and used the interior and chassis from MPC's '78 Dodge D100. I'm happy with it. Again with steels and hub caps. Why?
